How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance to secure your date, especially for peak seasons.
How long does your service last?
Our standard service is 2-3 hours, but we can adjust based on your event needs. Additional hours may be available for an extra fee.
What do you need for setup?
We require:
- One dedicated standard electrical outlet (120V, 20 amps)
- A flat, covered surface for setup (indoors or outdoors)
- Access at least 1 hour before the event for setup
How big is your cart?
Our espresso cart is a SimpleCarts mobile cart and requires about 6x6 feet of space for setup and service. If indoors, ensure there’s a clear entry path.
Who roasts your coffee beans?
We do! Zeal Coffee roasts our own beans in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Our coffee is Fair Trade and Organic, and we carefully source our beans to bring out the best flavors in every cup.
How many drinks can you serve per hour?
We can serve 50-60 drinks per hour, depending on the menu selection and flow of guests.
How many syrups are included in the espresso package?
Our espresso package includes up to two house-made syrups. We can also customize flavors upon request to fit your event theme or preferences.
What’s included in your mobile espresso bar package?
- Handcrafted espresso drinks (hot & iced)
- House-made syrups (up to two, customizable upon request)
- Tea selection & lemonade (upon request)
- Oat milk as a dairy-free alternative
- Two baristas serving with love & hospitality
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a $250 deposit to secure your date once the service agreement is signed. The remaining balance is due exactly a week before the event date.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We do our best! We offer oat and almond milk alternatives, but we can discuss custom options based on your needs.
